How a project runs
- You send wall sizes, artwork or a chosen design, the date and the address.
- We send a panel layout, a proof and a price per wall, plus a physical sample if you want to see the material.
- On approval it prints in one run; panels ship numbered with the overlap stated, to the site or the installer.
- Trade accounts get 20% off and free samples; ask for the trade program if you do this regularly.
Questions
- What do you need to quote?
- Wall sizes (width and height per wall), the design or your artwork, the deadline and the delivery address. A drawing or a photo of the wall helps. We answer within one business day with a panel layout, price and a proof.
- Can you print our logo or brand pattern?
- Yes. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF, SVG) or a high-resolution file; we set it to the wall and send a proof before printing. Photos need 150 dpi at final size; we tell you if a file will not hold up.
- Fire rating and certificates?
- Type II vinyl with ASTM E84 Class A is available on request for commercial code; the standard non-woven is Class A where the partner substrate is certified. Certificates on request with the quote.
- How fast?
- Standard is 3 to 7 business days after proof approval plus ground shipping. Rush is possible on many jobs; say the date and we tell you honestly.
- Do you install?
- We print. For Sacramento projects we can recommend installers from our trade network; elsewhere your installer gets numbered panels with the overlap stated.
