Made to order

Every mural and sample is printed for your order and cannot be resold. Orders are final once printing starts. You may cancel or change the size within 6 hours of ordering by replying to the confirmation email.

Fit guarantee and reprints

If the printed panels do not match the dimensions you entered, we reprint free. If the dimensions you entered were wrong, a reprint is offered at our production cost. Full terms on the guarantee page.

Production partners

While our Sacramento press is being set up, printing is done by production partners in the USA and EU under our specifications. Files, layouts and quality checks are ours; partners never see your contact details beyond the shipping label.

Color

Screens differ from print. If exact color matters, order a $9 sample first. We do not accept returns for color differences between a screen and the printed product.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the tube and the damage on arrival and email us within 5 days; we reprint at no charge.

Your artwork

By uploading a file you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. We print it for you only and delete files 12 months after the order unless you ask us to keep them for reorders.
