What to photograph
- With a tape
- Photo 1: tape across the wall at the widest point, corner to corner. Photo 2: tape from floor to ceiling at the tallest point. Stand back so the whole tape is in frame; the numbers do not need to be readable, we only need to see where it starts and ends against the wall.
- Without a tape
- One photo of the whole wall, straight on, with a door, a window or an outlet visible. Doors are a known height, so we scale from them and confirm the numbers with you before anything prints.
- Windows, doors, outlets
- Leave them in. Wallpaper goes on as a whole wall and is cut around them on the wall; we do not subtract them from the price either.
- Two walls or a corner
- Photograph each wall separately and say which is which in the notes. Inside corners get an extra inch of overlap.

Questions people ask
- Do I need a tape measure in the photo?
- It helps: one photo with the tape across the width and one with it up the height gives us exact numbers. Without a tape, photograph the whole wall with a door or an outlet in frame; we estimate from those and confirm the numbers with you before anything prints.
- What do I get back?
- The exact price for your wall, the panel plan (how many panels, how tall, where the seams fall), the material we suggest for that wall, and anything to watch for: an uneven ceiling, a switch plate, an inside corner.
- Is there any cost or commitment?
- No. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged. If you go ahead, you order on the design page with the size already filled in.
- How fast?
- Within one business day, Monday to Saturday. Usually the same day.
- What if my numbers were wrong?
- That is the point of the photo: we compare the numbers with the tape before printing. If the wall turns out a little bigger, we print the right size at no extra charge; if it is a lot bigger, we send a corrected price first and you decide.
